RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Special Order
All ring orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancelable. Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable or able to be returned. Although we stand behind our 100% Lifetime Warranty, with a custom made ring made just for you and your specifics, in the jewelry industry, we simply can not accept returns, as you can understand. From when the 50% deposit is made, the full start to finish ring will take three weeks to complete. A special order is simply any jewelry that has to be ordered to accommodate the client’s request for a style, size, metal, or color that is being custom made for one person.

Custom Design
Custom design jewelry involves metals, gemstones, and labor designed for an exclusive specific client. Every ring designed and carefully produced is completely custom made, no ring is ever mass produced. Custom jewelry is non-refundable and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort will be made to accurately manufacture or produce the items so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction.

Servicing and Cleaning
Here at Mamba Jewelers, Inc. we highly recommend that you have your jewelry, checked and cleaned at least twice a year. We do this at no charge, you simply pay for shipping. Please know that we check your jewelry as best we can, but there are inherent qualities in jewelry that cannot be detected by visual inspection, such as chlorine damage, etc.

SHIPPING INFO

Mamba Jewelers, Inc. offers complimentary shipping on all jewelry shipped in the U.S. and internationally via FedEx Priority Overnight. Once your handcrafted ring is shipped, you will receive detailed order tracking information, so you will know exactly where your package is and what day and time it will arrive. A signature will be required at delivery.

Your ring will be fully insured from our door to yours.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

At Mamba Jewelers, Inc. we stand completely 100% behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our men’s wedding rings. After weeks of crafting your unique piece, we fully understand the commitment, quality, and care needed to produce your one-of-a-kind ring for a lifetime. As a result, we offer a FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY on all wedding bands in the highly unlikely event of a manufacturing defect. Under this warranty, we will gladly repair or replace your wedding band at no cost to you.

RING SIZING

Ring sizing is critical. Once you place an order, we will FedEx a professional, metal, ring finger measurement tool to your address.
Important, do not underestimate the importance of the proper exact sizing of your ring. Keep in mind, we are custom making your ring exclusively just for you. To reflect the importance, we are sending you two completely different ring sizing techniques. Send back to us both the plastic sizer and using the metal ring sizer, send back the correct ring size, and then feel free to keep the metal sizer. Allow me to make a suggestion, take both forms of ring sizing into a reputable Jeweler for their professional assistance, thus making sure the finger size given to us is precise.

Tip: it should be snug going over the knuckle and loose once on. Also, given the fact that between summer heat and the winter chill, there could be a slight difference in your finger size.
